User Agreement

Welcome to VidifyR! This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the VidifyR mobile application and services. By downloading, installing, or using VidifyR, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VidifyR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and VidifyR.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use VidifyR. By using the application, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this application.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use VidifyR on your personal mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of VidifyR, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the app
• Use the application only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Not use the application in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Coin Purchases

VidifyR offers in-app coin purchases to access premium features:

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Coins are non-refundable except as required by law
• Coin balances do not expire
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VidifyR, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of VidifyR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VidifyR is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The application will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The application is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using the application will be accurate or reliable

8. Entertainment Purpose

VidifyR is designed for entertainment and decision-making assistance purposes only. The recommendations and suggestions provided by the application should not be considered as professional advice. Users should exercise their own judgment when making important decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidifyR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the application
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any content obtained from the application

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VidifyR at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of VidifyR after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and VidifyR regarding the use of the application and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
